Anyone else experience this? After I restart the phone, WITH mobile data OFF, the OS boots up & along with it the mobile data turns back on. FYI, I also have Smart Network Switch off, AND Wi-Fi is off as well. I can even reboot with Airplane mode on, and after it boots, I turn off Airplane mode, and mobile data turns itself on again! Please help and assure me my phone isn't possessed! I believe this happened with my Note 5 as well, and somehow it went away. Cant remember what i did, so long ago! To add to all that, neither is/was rooted and both at the time were freshly bought and turned on! Hope to hear some good things from you all! :)
