[NEED HELP][Droid Razr Maxx HD XT926] Soft-brick? bootloader only("red eye" mode).

Guys,need help! the problem is the following: xt926 verizon with the latest firmware 4.4.2 (KDA20.62-15 (182.46.15)boot is LOCKED).
device only bootloader(logo "red eye" mode)! stock recovery is only fastboot. RSD through a flash, firmware puts no errors, and wipes are made before and after.
