Grandsons EE kestrel is poorly, possibly terminal :o.
Will not boot up.
Symptoms:
Will only power up when usb connected .
When powered it cycles on and off showing only the EE logo
Hold Vol + and power does nothing ( goes through the same reboot cycle)
Hold Vol - and power gives this screen.
at this point my PC 's device manager will recognise it as a android phone/android bootloader interface.
can we go anywere from this
