MXQ Pro 4k Box

I have an MXQ Pro 4K box and installed Android Device Manager on my laptop. The Device manager sync with the box , Now when I turn the box on its request an Android password to start box. The remote for the box is numeric. I cannot use my google password because it alphanumeric. I tries to flash the box with a burntool that does not work.....,It goes straight to requesting the password. How do I solve this problem
