Big problem with MMS : it creates error : "the process.com.android.phone has stopped"

I have the G935FD. I have stock rom without Root.

And when i receive MMS on "textra sms" or "messaging application of samsung", i have this message : "the process .com.android.phone has stopped"....

Impossible to read MMS.

HELP ME..

I have deleted data and cache of "PHONE" in application manager.. But always this problem... and I don't want to make factory reset....
