Data won't work in ZV9, calls can't hang up in ZV6. Any sollution for either of these

I got LG G4 LS991, and I'm not from USA. First I unlocked my sim manually, but after flash rooted zv6, I cant hag up calls, but data works well, then I flashed zv9, sim unlock remain unchanged. call has no issues, but data won't work...

Do u have same issues? Any solution for this...?
