Dusting off Incredible S. Looking to load VivoPop. Need help.

So, did some mods a couple years ago. Lost on where to go from what I've done.
Currently running:
Cyanogen Mod 7.2.0-vivo

bootloader readout:
BlackRose
VIVO PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-2.03.0000
RADIO-3805.06.03.16_M
eMMC-boot

All the useful specs I can think of.
I've also downloaded and installed ADB setup 1.4.2.
Impressed with how the rom looks, can I preserve this one before loading VivoPop?
What are the steps i need to take to properly install VivoPop?
