LP or MM?! Best?

Which is the best? Lollipop or Marshmallow? Each has it's pro's and con's. Beauty with MM, but more stability with LP? But which is the best for battery, performance, smoothness, etc etc? ROM, kernel, xposed.. Hit me with everything! More the information, better. Every detail is much appreciated!
