How to change my samsung s6 from verizon to T-mobile

I have a Samsung s6 verizon, but I use T-mobile. I am able to use my T-mobile sim card and get data. But I want my entire phone to be T-mobile. How do I do this? Is there a way I could flash my phone with SM-G92OT (The T-mobile firmware)?
