I'm actually having a similar issue to the person that just posted w/ the Samsung S4 mini.
I was in the process of preparing to sell my OPO bacon. I had just upgraded to the latest CM13 snapshot. I was following various advices to encrypt the phone before factory resetting it, under the impression that the factory reset would leave me an unencrypted device ready to sell. To my surprise, it did not.
I then reflashed the snapshot, along my gapps and SuperSU (I've since read that perhaps encrypting while rooted might have been a bad idea). I cleared cache, dalvik -- now I'm at a boot hang.
I've read a sticky regarding flashing a different kernel for ridding it of encryption that I assume is still there were it not boot-hanging but I'm not sure if that's what I should do.
I'm considering flashing a different system, like back to CyanogenOS to try to clear up the boot hang and encryption?
Any advice appreciated!
