I was finally able to answer the question a lot of people searching for. this method of fixing and restoring the baseband number for any galaxy device s6/s6 edge or s7 or note 4 note 5......
It requires no root, no expensive and complicated repair boxes and this is what made it purely beautiful.
It is pretty simple:
1- download the latest official Firmware of your device for your country or what so ever. I recommend sammobile.com
2- rename the file and delete the subsquent ".md5" and press ok, then extract the file and unzip only the modem.bin file
3- put the modem.bin file in a new archieve as a TAR file
4- flash the created file with odin in AP line after putting the file in download mode
