go back to initial phone setup?

Does anyone know if there is a way to go back to the initial setup phase (from a fresh Note 7 version 2)....the T-mobile store guy was in a rush going through the setup really fast and ignored all the "diagnostics reporting and help improve blahblah" checkboxes during setup...I wanted to opt out of all that junk..

Is there way to do this without factory reset? :confused:
