Note 3 Att ad invasion

I am trying to find a way to remove the ads from the Quick Charge lock screen. I have NOT installed any cleaners or boosters since I factory reset. It looks like the ads started showing up after installing FB messenger which has since been uninstalled.

I hate this! I despise ads. What is causing this and how do I stop this?
