Reboot Samsung Galaxy Grand with broken power button and ADB from PC (w/out USB Debug

So my phone was unrooted and broken power button. Somehow I managed to lock it using an option in Nova launcher which I was using. Now the battery got fully drained and it got switched off. the power button doesn't work at all. I found a way to reboot it using ADB from PC but I came to know it needs USB Debugging active, but THAT IS NOT! Please help me to REBOOT the phone. Thanks in advance.:o
