Lenovo K3 Custom ROM MiUi Bug

I'm currently using MiUi 7 [Stable] on my lenovo k3 note. I'm facing am issue with the ROM. Everytime I stream an online video using any app (except YouTube) it displays a pop up saying that the app has crashed. If anyone knows how to fix it, please reply
