Lost Auto rotate with Android 6.0.1

Hello

i installed to the 6.0.1 OS and rooted wth chainfire and super SU
since then i am unable to use the Auto screen rotate function
i have done the calibration using the *#0*#
has not helped in anyway...
appreciate if someone knows a fix....
