Request help for phone

Hello. I have a problem with my phone and have been struggling with it for some time now. First of all can someone please help me to unlock my boot loader?. I have tried the unlock tool from Huawei (page not found 404)and even tried emailing them but still no luck. I'm trying to activate dual sim. I have updated the device to a dual sim firmware Android 6 and EMUI 4.0 but that didn't work so I want to flash the device to a previous version but first need to unlock the device. If someone can use the unlock tool please inbox me Thanks. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place or broken some rules :p
